People could also visit http://drywalnuthighlands.com/quality.html  .  This is a website that the Coble Highland Ranch built.  They came up with some great information about Highland cattle beef and you can also buy beef off of them.  The Schroeders are from Albert, Kansas.

Wondering what is the youngest anyone has butchered and been happy with. i am thinking of a 15month steer.
