Helps you understand animal psychology
2- "Humane Livestock Handling" by Temple Grandin
Give you plans, understanding how her system works ( mostly for large ranchers and slaughter houses.
3- "West Highland Cattle: The Grand Olde Breed" by John MacKensie (can be bought at AHCA)
Republished parts of old writings from early 1700 plus commentary of today's Highlands.
